Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime may be required)

What You'll Do

• Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate inventory records using EBMS.
• Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Create and issue purchase orders while monitoring open orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish appropriate reorder points and stocking strategies.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory trends and purchasing data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, stocking, and warehouse organization.
• Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued to technicians and project teams.
• Oversee the material handler to pull and stage materials for customer pickups, deliveries, service work, and projects.
• Coordinate with service, sales, project management, and field teams to forecast material needs.
• Develop and improve inventory and purchasing processes to support company growth.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, vendor, and inventory documentation.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
