Maintenance Technician

ResponsibilitiesPerform repair and maintenance on plant equipment, machinery, and building systemsTroubleshoot and repair presses, conveyors, CNC equipment, assembly machinery, and automated systemsSupport production and maintenance team goals across multiple departmentsAssist with equipment set-ups and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout and electrical safe work practicesComplete preventive maintenance tasks, corrective repairs, and equipment improvementsAccurately complete maintenance documentation, downtime tracking, and work ordersOperate forklifts and aerial lifts as neededParticipate in lean manufacturing and waste reduction initiativesSupport overall plant operations and additional maintenance projects as assignedQualificationsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematicsExperience with MIG and/or arc welding and cutting torchesExperience troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionKnowledge of manufacturing quality and environmental standards preferredSome PLC troubleshooting experience preferredEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical or vocational training preferredExperienceMinimum of 5 years of industrial or plant maintenance experience preferredYou should be proficient in:Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills120/208/240/480 Voltage SystemsPneumatics TroubleshootingMaintenance and Repair SkillsIndustrial Electrical ExperienceIndustrial Electrical SystemsEquipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting #J-18808-Ljbffr
