Occupational Therapist - Acute Care (Mentorship)

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Acute Care position...the Acute Care team is the very heartbeat of this hospital. This Occupational Therapist will work with patients in the most critical state of their life and have the opportunity to meet them in their need. Join a collaborative direct team of 10 PTs, 11 OTs, and 2 SLPs while getting to work with various ICU, Ortho, Neuro, Vascular, Stroke & Cardiac patient populations with opportunity to work in NICU as well. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Master/Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California license or ability to obtain
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Comfortable working with a team
• Acute Care experience preferred
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available
