Company Description Company: Jaco Rehab Location: Honolulu, HI Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: $20.00-$23.00/hr. We first opened our doors in 1998, and have since grown to four locations: Honolulu, Waikele, Mililani, and Kapolei. Over the years, we have helped thousands of people in Hawaii get back to doing the things they love most because we offer one-on-one physical therapy, injury prevention programs, and performance services for runners, paddlers, and other athletes. Job Description The Patient Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient who contacts our clinic. This position is primarily focused on answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting patients with exceptional customer service. Your friendly voice and organized approach will help keep our fast‑paced clinic running efficiently. Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service Schedule and confirm patient appointments electronically Update and maintain accurate patient information Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks Support patients with questions about scheduling, paperwork, and clinic processes Assist with faxing, filing, and other office duties as needed This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a busy, team‑oriented environment. This is a hybrid position. Initial training is conducted in-person and may span several months. Upon successful completion of training, employees have the opportunity to work remotely, provided they maintain an appropriate home office setup. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent 1+ years of previous medical front office experience.
