Data Entry Clerk

Data Clerk/Assistant Registrar
Primary Purpose: Support the campus registrar in maintaining accurate student records and data management systems. The Data Clerk/Assistant Registrar is responsible for assisting with student enrollment, withdrawals, attendance, transcripts, PEIMS reporting, and other related data entry and reporting functions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment.
Qualifications:
- Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with student information systems (e.g., Skyward, TEAMS, or similar)
- Knowledge of PEIMS data standards (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- 3 years data entry experience
Number of days for the position: 207 Salary: Pay Grade 3/Clerical/Paraprofessional
