Registered Nurses (RN) – Supervisor & Floor Nurse Opportunities

Rhinebeck, NY

Per Diem | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rates:

• RN Supervisor: $60.00 per hour
• Staff RN (Floor Nurse): $50.00 per hour

Available Shifts:
RN Supervisor

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Staff RN (Floor Nurse)

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Schedule:

• Monday–Sunday
• Minimum 3 shifts per week
• Weekend shifts available

These positions are open exclusively to New York State Registered Nurses (RNs) .

Job Overview:
A skilled nursing facility in Rhinebeck, NY is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for both RN Supervisor and Staff RN (Floor Nurse) openings. These roles offer the opportunity to provide high-quality resident care while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Whether you're an experienced nurse leader or a hands-on clinical professional, you'll play an important role in supporting resident health, safety, and quality of life.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations during assigned shifts
• Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff
• Monitor resident care and address clinical concerns
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Respond to emergencies and high-acuity situations
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with staffing coordination and shift coverage

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN supervisory experience
• Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care experience required
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Staff RN (Floor Nurse) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Perform assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Respond to medical emergencies and resident needs
• Support infection control and resident safety initiatives

Staff RN Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN license required
• Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and clinical documentation
• Ability to assess patient conditions and respond appropriately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
