Description Customer Service Representative Advanced Air | Thatcher, AZ | Full-Time $20–$25/hour DOE + spiffs Overview Advanced Air is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Thatcher office. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — answering calls, booking service and installation appointments, and keeping our technicians' schedules running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, people-first role for someone who stays calm on a busy phone, follows through on every detail, and takes pride in turning a stressed-out homeowner into a satisfied customer. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally Book, confirm, and reschedule service, maintenance, and install appointments Dispatch and communicate with field technicians throughout the day Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and appointment details in ServiceTitan Follow up with customers on estimates, membership renewals, and completed work Resolve routine customer concerns and escalates issues to the appropriate manager Support the office team with general administrative tasks as needed Requirements Qualifications 1+ years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or office experience (home services or trades experience a plus) Clear, friendly phone presence and strong written communication Comfortable working in scheduling/CRM software (ServiceTitan experience preferred; will train the right person) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple calls and tasks at once Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience Spiff opportunities on follow-up jobs sold, membership sales, and more — your work on the phone directly adds to your paycheck Why Join Us Stable, growing company backed by Blue Cardinal Home Services Group Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays401(k) Training and a clear path to grow into dispatch, office lead, or coordinator roles Advanced Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Advanced Air Systems
