What You’ll Do Clean residential homes to Molly Maid’s high standards Work in a team of two to complete daily cleaning routes Deliver exceptional customer service at every home Follow company systems, checklists, and processes Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance Pay & Schedule Starting Pay: $15/hour Average Earnings: $15–$23/hour (including tips & bonuses) Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights, weekends, or major holidays Benefits & Perks Paid Training – No experience required Company Car Provided – Gas included (no wear & tear on your vehicle) Weekly Pay Paid Vacation Bonuses & Incentives Uniforms Provided Team Celebrations & Recognition Programs Stable, full-time hours with growth opportunities What We’re Looking For Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Driver’s license preferred (but not required) Work Location Molly Maid of Ann Arbor & Washtenaw County 1954 S.
