Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients experiencing various emotional disorders.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and other therapists within our professional community to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's mental health.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal designed to streamline workflows and enhance your productivity.

• Engage in ongoing support and supervision with the Therapy Leadership Team to foster professional growth and address any clinical challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Aeolus Way Psychiatry, you will primarily work with adolescents and adults facing a diverse range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can express themselves and engage in their healing process. Individualized care plans will emphasize empathy and encourage clients to take active roles in their recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
