Compensation & Benefits

✅ Average annual earnings of $86,000 - $89,000

Job Details

✅ Regional dedicated account

✅ Operate throughout:

• Wisconsin
• Iowa
• Illinois
• Michigan
• Indiana

✅ Average 2,200 miles per week

✅ Drivers can run up to 2,800 miles per week

✅ Minimum expectation of 1,800 miles per week

✅ Approximately 75% drop & hook freight

✅ Approximately 25% live load/unload freight

✅ Sleeper truck operation

✅ Consistent year-round freight

Schedule

✅ Drivers select any two consecutive days off

✅ Saturday and Sunday cannot be selected as days off

✅ Guaranteed 48-hour weekly home time

✅ Drivers select their preferred start time

✅ Start time remains consistent from week to week

✅ Opportunity to take 10-hour breaks at home when freight and available hours allow

Equipment

✅ Automatic Freightliner and International tractors

✅ Mid-roof sleeper tractors

✅ Fleet average age approximately 2.5 years

✅ Modern and well-maintained equipment

Requirements

✅ Valid Class A CDL

✅ Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL experience

✅ Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire

✅ Hazmat endorsement reimbursement available

✅ Strong safety record

✅ Reliable and professional work ethic

✅ Dedicated support throughout onboarding

Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
