Seeking a regular afternoon babysitter

We are looking for a reliable, long-term babysitter for our two children in preschool and 2nd Grade. We are specifically looking for 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. We are willing to offer 16 hours guaranteed per week. You must have a car and be comfortable with pets. We have a 1-year-old labrador who is friendly, but energetic. While pet care will be minimal, letting the dog out in the yard or for a very brief walk may occasionally be needed during your time. Primary role would be supervising the children, school pickup and transporting them to after school activities / sports.
