Pre-qualifications include:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to drive a non-CDL truck with trailer
• Willingness to learn, and train others as you grow
• Safe driving record with ability to drive a company vehicle
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Professionalism 
• Discipline
• Work organization 
• Attention to detail

What to expect:

• Training period that consists of being a basic helper on a lifting crew
• Check-off for basic procedures such as pumping, driving, etc (includes pay increase)
• Job locations vary.  Common locations include houses, parks, schools, streets, shopping centers, warehouses, stores, factories, apartments, housing additions, marinas, etc.
• Times per location vary between 1 hour to 2 weeks per location (approximate)
• Vehicle and trailer driving course followed by check-off for driving (includes pay increase)
• Technical operations training in slab-jacking, equipment operations & safety, grinding, mechanics, piering, etc. (each service includes designated pay increase)
• Crews typically consist of 1-3 team members
