Bilingual Spanish Field Sales Representative

Position Overview Field Sales Representative at AT&T delivers customized, white‑glove sales experiences directly in customers’ homes. With paid training, ongoing coaching and a company vehicle, you will schedule appointments, conduct on‑site demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and resolve issues, closing deals and driving revenue. The role offers uncapped commission potential; new reps earn between $60,530 and $100,000, based on geography, experience and results. Key Responsibilities Conduct personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Close deals through hands‑on product demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery. Resolve customer issues to keep them connected. Meet or exceed set sales targets and commission goals. Qualifications 1+ year(s) of commission‑based sales experience (outside sales preferred). Proven success in achieving sales targets and upselling. Strong verbal communication and rapport‑building skills. Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel in a company vehicle. Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
