We value skills brought to work daily and offer pay commensurate with your expertise. Candidates should have reliable transportation and be prepared for background checks. Responsibilities Fabricate and install custom cabinetry for commercial and residential projects Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Measure, cut, and assemble cabinetry components accurately Maintain quality control and attention to detail in all work Collaborate with a small team and follow direction from the Shop Manager Travel occasionally to local job sites as required Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in cabinet making or woodworking Skills in custom fabrication, blueprint reading, measuring, and cutting Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good time management skills
