Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!Are you passionate about community engagement and making a difference? Join our dedicated team as the Customer Service Representative for our City utility services!In this vital role, you will be responsible for processing payments from individuals, businesses, and organizations for essential utilities and services, all while providing an exceptional customer experience. As the primary contact for our customers, you'll handle requests related to utility services-including electric, sewer, and water-ensuring that all account information is accurate and up to date.
