Lund Food Holdings Facility Eden Prairie, 7752 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States of America Job Description Posted Monday, August 3, 2026 at 6:00 AM Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Process Operator to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.00-$22.00/hr. We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year . For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 2:00pm-10:00pm.
PROCESS OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Process Operators are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as: Assembling and preparing deli items including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals Supporting assembly line workflow Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance Creating a safe work environment Maintaining a clean work areaOUR IDEAL PROCESS OPERATOR
Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed Innovative - implements trending and forward-thinking production solutions Dependable - comes to work on time and completes tasks in a timely and safe manner Hospitable - provides a friendly face, welcoming environment, and is appreciative of coworkersMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practicesBENEFITS & PERKS
