CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training

$1,600 - $1,800 per week

365 Freight USA

Job Description

Start Your Trucking Career With a Company That Invests in New Drivers

Just earned your CDL-A? Looking for a company that's willing to give you the experience you need? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Bluffton, Indiana area for our paid mentor program.

You'll spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. Once you've successfully completed training, you'll move into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

If you're ready to start your driving career with a company that believes in developing new drivers, we'd love to hear from you.

What We Offer

Paid 4–6 week mentor training
Earn $1,600–$1,800 per week after training
Weekly direct deposit
Full benefits after training
Real on-the-road experience with an experienced mentor
A structured path from recent graduate to solo driver

What You'll Do

During training, you'll ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed on your own. You'll learn:

Safe driving and trip planning
Pickups and deliveries
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communication with dispatch
Everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you'll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for drivers who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a successful career.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Graduate of an accredited CDL school
Clean MVR
Meet DOT qualification requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Safety-focused and dependable

No previous driving experience is required.

Why New Drivers Choose 365 Freight USA

Starting your first trucking job can feel overwhelming. That's why we don't expect you to figure everything out on your own. Our mentor program is designed to help you gain real-world experience, ask questions, and build confidence before taking the wheel as a solo driver.

We believe every new driver deserves the support and training needed to begin a successful trucking career.
