We run a modern shop: real tech stack, real service infrastructure, decisions that take hours instead of quarters. We're independent, profitable, and growing on purpose. Leadership that's never written a policy. Producers treated like a revenue line instead of an owner. Our California branch has been steady for decades. Now we want it to be significant. THE ROLE We're handing over leadership of the California branch. Not a title with no teeth. The office. The team, the strategy, the growth plan, and a defined path to equity in what you build. Here's what you'd be walking into: four agents in Glendora. Three have been with us 15 to 20 years. They know the business, they know the clients, and they know this market better than almost anyone. One is newer and still developing. What they don't have is someone setting direction, running the sales rhythm, and pushing this office toward what it could be. They don't need a babysitter. They need a leader worth following. WHAT YOU'LL DO Bring your book over and grow it here, with our name and carrier relationships behind you Run the branch: goals, meetings, accountability, pipeline Coach the team, especially the newer producer Own the growth plan and the number Be in the market: outside sales, relationships, referral sources, community Roll up your sleeves, because a four-person office has no room for anyone above the work WHAT YOU BRING An active book of business you're able to move [confirm non-compete / BOR language] A record of writing new business, not just protecting renewals Leadership instincts. You run the meeting. You set the tone. You develop people. Vision. You see where this office could be in three years and work backward from there.
