We are seeking a full-time Housekeeper/Janitor who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.

Shift: Friday - Tuesday| 1:30PM to 10:00 PM.

Pay: $16 - $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize interiors, including floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident rooms and common areas daily according to facility procedures.
• Performs laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, collecting, and distributing facility linens and resident linens.
• Interacts appropriately with residents, families, and other personnel
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner
• Disinfect high-contact areas such as desks, door handles, and office equipment
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Perform restroom cleaning and restock supplies
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers when necessary
• Report on safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time
• Must be able to pass an Idaho State fingerprint background check

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices preferred but not required
• Access to reliable transportation
• Successful completion of a fingerprint background check
