Administrative Assistant

National Distribution Service

Chesterfield office seeking a dependable and organized candidate to manage our front desk and provide general office support. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing our vendor insurance program and providing office support. This position is the first contact visitors and callers have with our team so a friendly and upbeat demeanor is a must. Attention to detail and proficiency with excel are required. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, in-person position.
