Job Description:

- Are you ready to make a profound impact on patient care? As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with top-tier patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patients unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions that can change lives.
- Manage care efficiently, fostering an environment of healing.
- Keep clear and precise documentation based on care standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for and implement evidence-based practice standards, bringing innovative solutions to care delivery.
- Deliver patient-centered care that aligns with our professional nursing practice model.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1+ year of experience in related specialty.

Education:

- Required: ASN.
- Preferred: BSN.

Certifications & Licensure:

- Required:
- BLS - AHA.
- NRP (AHA Only).
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.

Schedule Notes:

- Work Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12
- Every Other Weekend Required
- Holiday Requirement: As needed
- No On-Call Requirement
- Floating Required As Needed (Pediatrics/PICU)
- Scrub Color: Navy
