Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,877 per week

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Assignment Overview Start date: July 13, 2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Monday–Friday On‑call required 2 days per week and up to 2 weekends per month Travel assignment—no relocation required Full travel stipend, tax‑free, as part of compensation package Responsibilities Operate interventional radiology equipment (Canon/Toshiba) for neuro and trauma procedures. Perform neuro interventional procedures: stroke intervention, cerebral thrombectomies, embolizations, and trauma cases. Assist physicians during all interventional radiology procedures. Prepare and document patient information using Epic EMR. Ensure all certifications remain current and in hand. Comply with a smoke‑free facility policy. Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent IR experience. Mandatory OR experience. Trauma and neuro interventional experience required. ARRT (Radiographer) certification. ACLS and BLS certification through AHA or ARC. Epic EMR experience. Florida RRT license or compact equivalent (license required if applicable). Must pass a mandatory Basic Arrhythmia/EKG assessment prior to starting. Successful completion of a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening, including fingerprint‑based state and federal criminal history checks, abuse registry review, and screening for disqualifying offenses.
