Responsibilities:Owner of Global Supply Chain analytics for Barrick with a consolidated view of Global, Regional and Site business performance and opportunityMeasurement of strategic key performance indicators and tracking progress of performance improvement plansIdentify strategic improvement opportunitiesImplement global spend cube with visibility down to transaction levelWork with other functions, in particular Finance, Maintenance and Operations, to drive integrated analytics and shared performance metricsProvide complex adhoc analysis to support strategic analysis and opportunity identificationSupport Global Category Managers in development and execution of commercial plansDrive requirements for analytics and reporting infrastructure improvementsDevelop and support a Superuser group of analysts at site level ensuring that available analytics are utilized, performance tracking is established and improvement requirements conveyedQualifications:5 years of supply chain management experience, ideally in an analytical capacityBachelor’s degree in business, statistics, information science or similar.
