Our organization is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to join our team of three skilled physicians. We provide a well-rounded practice that encompasses both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, with a significant focus on elective breast surgeries, breast reconstruction, gender-affirming top surgeries, and body contouring procedures.

All current members of our team are fellowship-trained in microsurgery. While we prefer candidates who are comfortable assessing and managing free flap patients, performing microsurgery is not a requirement unless the applicant has completed fellowship training. Our practice boasts a comprehensive microsurgical breast reconstruction program, which includes lymphatic reconstruction, supported by dedicated operating room time and a proficient microsurgical support team.

Call duties are distributed evenly among all plastic surgeons and involve general plastic surgery consultations, mild to moderate burn care, and reconstructive referrals from our surgical colleagues. We do not handle hand call and are not designated as a trauma center, ensuring a manageable and predictable call schedule.

Our East Bay practice serves both the San Leandro and Fremont campuses, providing clinic and surgical privileges at each site. All surgical procedures are assisted by experienced Physician Assistants who serve as first assists or as a second attending surgeon when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Eligibility.
