Outside Heavy Truck Parts Salesperson

Sternberg Automotive Group is seeking an Outside Heavy Truck Parts Salesperson to join our Evansville, IN team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry, particularly heavy truck parts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting and selling a wide range of heavy truck parts to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers in the heavy truck industry.
Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions through the sale of heavy truck parts.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and industry trends.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy truck or automotive parts industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with Evansville, IN region and customer base is a plus.
