This role is pivotal in ensuring our branch's smooth daily operations and compliance with internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timekeeping and payroll processes, ensuring accurate weekly submissions.
- Maintain and input data in internal systems, including Salesforce.
- Support financial processes such as invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items for team efficiency.
- Monitor safety documentation for compliance with BrandSafway standards.
- Oversee secure and timely distribution of materials and employee paychecks.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Preferences:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Experience in the construction or industrial services industry.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
