A growing and vital company, Flex-N-Gate provides a great opportunity for hard-working and skilled individuals.Scope Of The PositionOperation of production machines with a focus on quality and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety requirementsPerform assembly on parts on the assembly line process for light industrial manufacturingEnsure parts are 100% defect free before continuing the processMaintains records of production and scrap figuresMaintains equipment and keeps work area in a clean and orderly mannerFollow and support company IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures and work instructionsHave the ability to stop the process in the event of nonconformityWork within a team environmentWork overtime as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D1+ year experience in Automotive Industry preferredBasic Math, Reading & Comprehension SkillsPhysical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per day with frequent walking, bending, twisting and reachingWearing required PPE in a manufacturing environment• Medical, dental, prescription, vision, life and disability insurance; and a flexible spending account • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match • Extensive safety training, new hire orientation, continuous learning and development programs and tuition reimbursement • Paid holidays and vacation time What do our employees have to say?
