Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist (Chandler, AZ) AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking an experienced travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Chandler, Arizona. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patient mobility and pain. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Document care in compliance with state and federal standards. Work 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts during the day. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Arizona PT license (compact accepted). Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Strong clinical reasoning and proficiency with orthopedic and geriatric populations. Adherence to documentation standards.
