Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Make a Real Difference with a Team That Has Your Back!
Pay Rate: $90,000–$125,000 annual salary
Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
Experience Required: 1+ years

Caseload Management: Lead your own exclusive group of amazing kiddos (7–10 clients) and ensure top-notch ABA therapy services are being delivered.
School-Based Supervision (In Person): Be hands-on, in the field, supporting RBTs and collaborating with educators.
In-Home Supervision (Telehealth): Use the power of tech to supervise cases and guide families from the comfort of your laptop.
Assessments & Treatment Planning: Design individualized, thoughtful treatment plans based on real needs—not checklists.
Grow With Us: Help build relationships with schools and communities while shaping the future of our presence in the state.
Stay Compliant & Ethical: We keep it tight—aligned with BACB ethics, state laws, and insurance policies.
