This position involves working outdoors in a physically demanding environment to ensure high-quality surface sealing that protects asphalt from wear, weather, and chemical damage.Assist with the setup, operation, and clean-up of seal coating jobs.Clean and prepare surfaces using blowers, brooms, and power washers.Apply sealer using squeegees, brushes, or spray equipment.Place cones, barricades, and signs to ensure proper traffic control and safety on job sites.Operate small equipment such as blowers, crack fillers, and hand tools.Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers.Maintain cleanliness of job site during and after work.Follow safety protocols and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).Work collaboratively with the crew to complete projects efficiently and professionally.Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Supervisor.What skills and experience you'll bring to usNo formal education required; high school diploma or GED preferred.Prior experience in seal coating, paving, or construction labor preferred but not required.Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust).Good physical condition; able to lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.Reliable transportation to job sites or company yard.Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
