Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with ERP, billing, CRM, meter management, or similar business systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data, reporting, or business systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
