**Required Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience - Travel experience - Antepartum experience - Facility births/month 100-200 experience **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience **Required Certifications:** - State license required by start date - BLS (AHA preferred) - AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate) - NRP - CEFM (certification in electronic fetal monitoring through NCC) preferred, but AWHONN intermediate/advanced considered **Charting System:** - EPIC charting experience required **Licensure:** - MI License must be active by start date; Compact license not accepted in MI - Pending license accepted if active by start date **Skills:** - Administration of blood & blood products - Amnioinfusion - Antepartum care - Anticoagulation therapy - Antihypertensives - Antiseizure protocols - APGAR scores - Assist with high-risk delivery - Breastfeeding and lactation support - Circulate and scrub for Cesarean Section - Infant and neonatal care - Labor & Delivery expertise - Postpartum care - Use of fetal monitoring tools (EFM, IUPC) - Neonatal resuscitation - Pain assessment and management - Other related maternal and neonatal skills as listed **Additional Requirements:** - EPIC Experience preferred; training provided in orientation - Proof of high school level education required - Module completion required pre-start - Must be open to working weekends, with 3 out of 4 weekends as part of the schedule **Healthcare Facility Highlights:** - Sparrow is a Magnet, Teaching, Level 1 Trauma center with 632 staffed beds **Other:** - RTO needs to be submitted at the time of profile submission, with a 5-day maximum policy.
