Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

We are in search of a Full-time / Perm Psychiatrist for Northern Indiana.
Job Type: Full-time, Days + Call, / Permanent Placement

Shifts: M-F 8-4:30, call, 1:8 weekend rounding

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within 5 years of Residency)

• Availability
• NPI and/or License Number
• Malpractice and/or Background Documentation (NPDB)
• References if Available
