Data Governance Manager

In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity: As part of the Data Governance team, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that drive business growth and enhance decision-making. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams, delivering quality deliverables that meet client expectations. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of data governance strategies
  • Supervise and mentor team members to enhance their skills
  • Manage client accounts and confirm deliverables meet quality standards
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Foster collaboration within teams to enhance engagement workstreams
  • Uphold the firm's methodologies and confirm compliance with standards
  • Identify areas for enhancement in data management processes
  • Encourage innovative approaches to enhance data-driven solutions

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience

  • SnowPro Core / SnowPro Advanced

Travel Requirements: Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
