Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. Join a team focused on helping residents improve independence and daily function.

What You'll Do:

Provide therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
Lead therapeutic exercises to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
Observe and document resident progress and report updates to the OT
Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and prepare equipment
