Associate Attorney

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Associate Attorney with at least two years of transactional legal experience to join the team at a highly respected law firm based in New Hyde Park, New York! This is a tremendous opportunity to consider a new and exciting position at a busy and collegial healthcare law practice! The firm represents members of the healthcare industry (including physicians, healthcare providers, and health-related businesses), and other types of small and medium-sized businesses. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week onsite in New Hyde Park, and 2 days remote. DUTIES & DETAILS Prepare and negotiate corporate and transactional documents, such as asset and stock purchase agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholders agreements, management agreements, employment agreements, and settlement agreements Assist in the structuring of transactions within complex regulatory environments, including mergers and acquisitions, and deals involving private equity and venture capital investment Proactively handle and manage transactional projects from beginning to end Collaboratively counsel clients, providing exceptional client service and demonstrating strong legal and business judgment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school At least 2-4 years of relevant transactional legal experience Familiarity with healthcare-related laws and regulations, is a plus Desire to build a practice and grow roots in a collegial and entrepreneurial Long Island-based firm The firm offers competitive compensation, a generous origination bonus, extremely reasonable billable hours, and a comprehensive benefits package! #J-18808-Ljbffr
