Field Service Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Field Service Technician to join their team onsite in Tulsa, OK and Okmulgee, OK and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix services following established processes and procedures, including hot swaps, imaging, and replacement of Field Replaceable Units (FRUs).
• Deliver onsite deskside hardware and software support for end users.
• Update and maintain asset management records and systems of record, as applicable.
• Perform IMACD activities, including installations, moves, adds, changes, and deletions.
• Conduct hardware refresh initiatives by replacing aging equipment with new devices based on end-user profiles.
• Support Lenovo and Dell laptops and desktop systems.
• Support standard client images, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and legacy applications within a Citrix virtualized environment.
• Provide support for handheld scanners, Android tablets, Symbol handheld terminals (HHTs), and related mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and support printers, including Lexmark, Ricoh, and other end-user printing devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity-related issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with established support procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of IT support, desktop support, or field service experience.
• Experience working with incident management tools and ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to assess the technical impact of business requests and decisions.
• Technical knowledge of business applications, desktop hardware, software, printers, and basic networking concepts.
• Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Ability to learn and support new applications and technologies quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Wage Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $15.7-20.50 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
