Do you want security?

Do you want to actually love where you work?

Do you want a 4-on, 3-off schedule — and a life outside of work?

Then keep reading. This isn't the usual plumbing job posting.

This Is Not Just Another Plumbing Job

Beyond Wow is building a team of Gold Collar professionals who want more than a paycheck, and more than a grind.

We're looking for driven individuals who take ownership, embrace accountability, and want to build a real career. But we also believe that the best work happens when people feel secure, respected, and rested.

If you're looking for a place to grow — and actually have a life — you're in the right place.

The Deal

✅ 4-Day Work Week — 4 days on, 3 days off. Every week. Not a perk. Not a pilot program. The schedule.

✅ $60,000 – $150,000+ income potential — Hourly base, plus performance bonuses for those who want to go further.
