DutiesPerforms routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning equipment, and related facility systems.Performs routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on facility systems and components.Performs carpentry maintenance and repairs by constructing, installing, modifying, and repairing minor structures, including framing, partitions, shelving, doors, windows, and trim.Performs electrical maintenance and repairs on existing wiring, fixtures, controls, and related equipment by replacing defective components, making connections, and completing repairs using established safety practices.Installs and repairs electrical components and existing circuits in using established layouts, wiring diagrams, and standard trade practices.Performs surface preparation and painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, priming, and applying finish coats to buildings, structures, and equipment.
