We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a wide range of events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about organization, coordination, and delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate and promotional events
- Support event planning logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and setup
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Prepare materials, equipment, and documentation required for events
- Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in post-event reporting and evaluation
