We're Hiring: Experienced Leader to Open New Title Agency in Texas Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving success and building high-performing teams? Position: Title Agency On Site, Senior Escrow Officer/Operations Manager

As a key player in our expansion, you'll have the opportunity to create a lasting impact by developing and leading a team that delivers incomparable service and drives business growth. What You'll Do:
- Lead the opening of a new Title Agency in Texas
- Build, hire, train, and supervise a high-performing team
- Establish a culture rooted in integrity, customer service, and accountability
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve company goals and drive growth
- Cultivate strong external relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community leaders
- Play a key role in shaping the company's vision and direction in the Texas market
- A minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in the title or real estate industry
- Highly motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop a talented team
- Deep understanding of the Texas real estate market and title industry regulations
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute with precision
- Be a key player in the growth and expansion of a company rooted in integrity
