Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) Collect and record data during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment decisions Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and coworkers Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid RBT certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Must be able to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $25-$33 Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexibility in scheduling with part-time and full-time options available #J-18808-Ljbffr Able Minds ABA
