Must Have Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT audit (*Internal Control Over Financial Reporting*)
• Hands-on experience with SOX Section 404 ITGC testing , documentation , and reporting
• Experience auditing ERP systems such as Oracle , Workday , SAP or similar
• Knowledge of frameworks such as COSO , COBIT , and NIST
• Ability to assess IT risk and support internal and external audit processes

Nice to Have Requirements:

• CISA certification or actively pursuing
• Background in Big 4 or consulting environments
• Experience with data and analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau
• Exposure to automation tools such as RPA or Gen AI for audit support
• CPA, CIA, CISSP, or MBA
• Industry experience in restaurant, retail, or similar operational environments

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Associate Manager to support IT audit and internal controls across financial and technology environments, with 50 to 60 percent of the role focused on SOX Section 404 ITGC documentation, testing, and reporting. The position also includes broader IT audit responsibilities such as risk assessments and supporting internal and external audits. This individual will evaluate controls across ERP systems and technology layers including applications, databases, operating systems, and networks, while partnering with stakeholders and auditors to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Additional duties include identifying control gaps, documenting findings, supporting remediation efforts, and assisting with operational or vendor audits as needed. This role is best suited for someone with a strong IT audit and risk background, experience with established frameworks, and exposure to enterprise systems and data analysis tools.

Compensation:

$100,000 to $115,000 per year annual salary.
