Position Highlights

• Supervise and support three Amergis RBTs

• Serve as a behavioral resource for teachers and school staff

• Assist with behavioral data collection and analysis

• Collaborate with Intervention Specialists to develop behavior intervention plans

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments

• May provide direct 1:1 student support when needed

• Help create positive learning environments for students with behavioral needs

Minimum Requirements

? Current BCBA certification through BACB

? Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

? School-based behavior analytic experience preferred

? Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred

? Current CPR certification (if applicable)

? Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
