In this role, you will design, build, and deliver modern full-stack applications and AI-driven solutions. You’ll work as an integral member of a cross-functional team — collaborating daily with software engineers, data analysts, and business end users to translate complex operational challenges into production-grade software.You’ll leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and raise the bar on quality across the full development lifecycle.Position OverviewYou Responsibilities may include:Design and develop full-stack applications using .NET, React, and Blazor, from architecture through deploymentBuild and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps, etc.)Write clean, testable code for data pipelines, APIs, and AI integrationsArchitect and implement AI-driven agentic solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and related servicesIntegrate multi-step AI workflows (tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration) into enterprise applicationsUse AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure AI coding tools, Claude) as a standard part of your development workflow to improve velocity and code qualityPartner closely with a cross-functional team of software engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and business end users to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver software that directly supports operational decision-makingServe as a technical bridge between analytical and engineering disciplines — translating business requirements from analysts and end users into well-architected, maintainable solutionsEngage end users throughout the development cycle — conducting working sessions, incorporating feedback, and ensuring delivered applications solve real-world problems effectivelyParticipate in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline agentic solutions — autonomous agents, multi-step reasoning workflows, or LLM-integrated applications within Azure1 or more years of experience using AI coding assistants in a professional development environment1 or more years of experience with query languages on one or more of the following platforms: Snowflake, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQLIntermediate level of proficiency in full-stack .NET development (ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework)Preferred Qualifications:1 or more years of experience translating customer outcomes into technical design requirementsExperience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or similar enterprise AI servicesKnowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and vector databasesPrior experience
