This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoys caring for seniors.ResponsibilitiesAdminister or assist residents with medications in accordance with state regulations and community policiesAccurately document medication administration and maintain required medication recordsMonitor residents for changes, concerns, or potential medication-related issues and report them to the appropriate supervisorMaintain medication carts, medication rooms, and supplies in a clean, organized, and secure mannerFollow proper procedures for medication storage, ordering, receiving, and disposalCommunicate professionally with residents, families, nurses, pharmacies, and other team membersAssist residents with daily living needs and provide resident care as neededRespond promptly and compassionately to resident needsFollow resident care plans, community policies, safety procedures, and state guidelinesSkills/CompetenciesTN Medication Technician Certification/License requiredPrevious senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or medication administration experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow medication orders accuratelyA caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentA heart for serving seniors with dignity and respectAbility to pass required background checks and employment requirementsBenefitsAt Regency Senior Living, we know great care starts with great people.
