We are looking for a qualified IT & Computer Support Technician to work under our IT Administrator to take care of daily support and break/fix responsibilities for Windows PC’s in a Windows cooperate network environment.  Main office in Dallas (Central/LBJ area), branch office in Fort Worth.  Some travel to Fort Worth office on occasion will be required. 

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Windows PC’s in a business network environment.

Must have high level experience and knowledge with the following:

1.      Windows 11 Pro

2.      Microsoft 365

3.      Internet connectivity and web browsing

4.      Email (Outlook)

5.      Word, Excel

6.      Microsoft Teams

7.      Hardware/Software break-fix support

Some knowledge/experience with the following will be beneficial:

1.      Bluebeam Revu PDF editing

2.      Autodesk: AutoCAD & Revit (Installing/Licensing)

3.      Windows Servers (Server 2016)

4.      VMWare ESXi

5.      Veeam Backup and Replication

6.      Networking, firewalls, switches

7.      Cloud file server platforms

8.      Building/replacing PC computer components

9.      Cloud VoIP phone systems
