- $50,000 - $100,000+ DOE (Top techs earn more)

- 3+ years dealership or high-level independent shop experience

- Team-oriented mindset with pride in workmanship
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems to manufacturer standards
- Handle advanced drivability and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately the first time
- Provide clear recommendations and repair estimates
