Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage needed: 4 10s/week - 2-4 weeks/month
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 4 10s - 7a-530 p (30 minute unpaid lunch)

- 39 total anesthetizing locations; 24 of those are OR, the rest are procedural areas such as GI, IR, etc. We also have an off-site ASC (approx. 10 mins from the hospital) that runs 2-3 anesthetizing locations per day. It s unlikely that the locum CRNAs would be assigned to the ASC but we will still request privileges there for those two sites
- Currently there are 6-7 CRNAs scheduled each day with a total of 9 employed. There are typically 30-35 physicians scheduled each day with a total of 57 employed.
-Supervision Model: Medical Direction
- Arrival time is 0630
- EMR is Epic
- Parking is free

-$375 per shift allowance per day for non-locals.
-Mileage and tolls reimbursed for Chicago locals/locals to the area
