Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Med/Surg | Maine 13-Week Contract | Night Shift | 3×12-Hour Shifts Location: Calais, Maine Contract: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights — 3×12-hour shifts EMR: CPSI/Evident Holiday Coverage: Required Call: None Requirements Active Maine RN License or authorization to practice pending licensure by endorsement Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 3 year of RN experience Current BLS/BCLS ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire Prior Med/Surg experience Strong assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and effectively with an interdisciplinary team Key Responsibilities Provide individualized, patient-centered care across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process Develop and update care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the care team Coordinate and direct patient-care team activities Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and confidentiality Promote teamwork and compliance with hospital and state standards Provide safe, professional nursing care throughout the patient stay Assignment Details 13-week contract Night shift Three 12-hour shifts per week Holiday coverage required No call W-2 employment; 1099 not accepted No mileage reimbursement CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID #299749.
